Any other copying, distribution, retransmission or modification of the information in this document, whether in electronic or hard copy form, without the express prior written permission of Global Rubber Products Ltd. is strictly prohibited.

Standard Warranty
Our Products are manufactured in accordance with best Industry practice and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, within the Grade ordered, and to conform to applicable specifications and drawings.

This warranty is in lieu of and excludes any other representations or claims expressed or implied made by our literature, data, or persons because proper installation and usage are beyond our control. Our sole obligation shall be to credit or replace any item or parts which are proven to be other than as warranted above.

We shall have the sole right to determine whether parts shall be repaired, replaced, or whether credit shall be issued. Under no circumstances will we make any allowance for labour charges for inspection, installation or tear-down, for replacement of parts, adjustments or repairs or other charges incurred by the Buyer. In no event shall we be liable for collateral, consequential, or contingent damages. Our products are not warranted for any time period, for any measure of service, or for any specific purpose.

If any goods are claimed to be other than as above warranted, we will, upon notice promptly given, either examine the goods at the site or issue shipping instructions for their return (transportation costs, cheapest way, prepaid by the Buyer), and if such goods are proved to be other than above warranted, transportation costs (cheapest way) to and from our Plant will be borne by us and reimbursement will be made for amounts expended by the Buyer.

Any claim for breach of warranty shall be deemed to be waived by the Buyer unless made in writing within ninety (90) days from the date of shipment of the goods to which such claim relates. These warranties do not extend to any goods or parts which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, damaged by accident or improper installation. These warranties shall not apply to any goods or parts made from tools, materials, or parts furnished by the Buyer or acquired from others at his request and/or to his specifications.

Return and Refund Policy
All returns must have prior approval by Global Rubber Products Ltd. The approval for return of product will be at the discretion of Global Rubber Products Ltd. Restocking or repackaging charges may apply. For products classified as ‘Special Order’, ‘Made to Order’, “Non-Cancelable” or was modified, fabricated, or adjusted in accordance to customer request, cannot be returned. Upon on approval of return, Global Rubber Products Ltd. will issue a ‘Return Goods Authorization’ (RGA) number that must accompany the return shipment. Prior to any refund, Global Rubber Products Ltd. will inspect and determine final condition of the product which may result in the denial of the return of the product. The amount of the refund may be dependent on restocking charges, repackaging charges, or freight allowances. In all cases, Global Rubber Products Ltd. retains the right to reject, refuse, or exclude the return of any product.

Notice of Shortages:
We cannot allow claims for shortages unless reported within ten (10) days of receipt of the products. No products may be returned without prearranged authorization from Global Rubber Products Ltd.

Sales Tax
Global Rubber Products Ltd. is required to charge applicable local tax on every item for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. When ordering please indicate clearly which items are tax exempt.
